my front tooth is slightly loose….the dentist bonded it to another tooth to stabilize it but even after the bonding wore off the tooth was still loose….i have slightly receded gums and some bone loss….can a permanent splint..be fixed between this tooth and the tooth next to it

That is a difficult question to answer without examining you. You need to establish why the tooth is mobile and the amount of bone loss is a big factor.
