I have my left chin swollen, right after they finished kill my nerve on my back bottom teeth? What should i do and when would the swollen leave?

Any sudden swelling in the jaw would indicate there could be some residual infection brewing
I would advice you to see your dentist again and may be have a radiograph taken.
It is difficult to advice on how long will it take for the swelling to go, but if this is due to
residual infection, then a 7 day antibiotic course normally resolves the issue for most
patients.
