I have a large bump on the left side of my mouth at the top. It is between my cheek and gums, it is very tender and hurts when I smile and move my mouth. My cheek on the left side is very swollen also. What is this large bump?
I’m afraid I can not diagnose this without seeing you. There are many possibilities. Please feel free to book a consultation with me at London City Smiles and I will take a look!

Thank you for your email.
It is difficult to see the photo clearly but canine teeth are normally darker in colour than the adjacnt teeth.
If you have an concerns I would advise you book an appointment with your dentist or orthodontist.
