Hello. I had a bottom molar tooth removed a few months ago. My dentist said that the best option to keep my other teeth from shifting and to preserve my smile is to get a dental implant and I agree with him. However, I can’t afford an implant at this time. In the meantime, I’m considering getting a flipper until I can save up enough money for an implant. Will a flipper keep my teeth from shifting until I can save up enough money for a dental implant?

A denture will keep the space and adjacent teeth secure and stop dfifting and tilting.
