dear sir i currently wear an ill fitting denture my dentist has made several changes but tells me that it will never fit due to gum shrinkage it is extreemly painfull to wear does not stay in while i am talking i have to have conversations through gritted teeth which makes it difficult to communicate it also restricts what i eat i now have to allways eat alone and rarely go outdoors as i have to use denture fixative cream every hour or so 2 tubes per week i cannot afford to pay i am on benefits will i qualify for any help with getting implants

Some hospital supply a limited amount of implants Try you local hospital

Perhaps another dentist may be able to make a denture that is more easy to were
