What should I do if my baby tooth is behind a grown out adult tooth? It is very wiggly but even tho I’m pathetically afraid to yank it it has been in their for a while.

It is fairly normal in children for the lower front teeth to erupt behind the baby teeth

Once the baby teeth are lost the permanent teeth move forwards

If this does not happen see a dentist for an opinion

Best wishes
