hi i have recently found a small painless lump behind my bottom left front tooth any idea as to what it may be?

Dear Michelle,

The most likely causes of this are an access either caused by the gum or from a dead or dying nerve within the root of the tooth. The treatments for this are very different. Do however see your dentist as soon as possible to have it checked.
